IMO, CCA is grasping for the bag and lost their way. In this last document they even refused to await the FCC to respond to the CCA "request for stay" and "application for review" and instead began immediately choking up as AT&T kept its balance.

AT&T did an excellent job earlier on objection to the original CCA documents and on the details. Nothing more at that point in time needed to be debated and the next turn should have come from the FCC, not the CCA - who flubbed at hopscotch.

I suspect AT&T lawyers could trounce FiberTower management next, and set things right to win.
