Silk - 100% AGREE. The jury is still out on Jon Rice's hire by Kim from contacts I have in the tech textile industry who watch KBLB's progress closely.

Shareholder's paid for Jon's Michigan MBA as part of his employment package.

Also note from the 10-K that just because KBLB has booked Kim & Jon's executive salaries, bonuses and stock options in accordance with GAAP and audited statements, doesn't mean they've actually received them. This is SOP in many company's with working capital deficiencies.
