Just got a chance to take a look at $PMPG-churn north has begun

It is my opinion, that today’s session of more then 1 mil and nearly closing at .008 pps has $PMPG now on an excellent course for a solid and sustainable chart recovery.

Even better...the potential for myriad material events in the very near future ..after this seemingly QUIET period expires- bodes quite well for shareholders.

The share structure is quite small for thr OTC and it’s essential to read the recent merger and restructuring to Deleware. The style merger used is quite intriguing— use of three total corps and the idea of a successor Corp —- as it most definitely allows for the PMPG Corp and PMPG Inc to operate as different situs, and when the acquisition is completed ...the successfor Corp will exist and by law, does NOT carry any burdon of the debt of the prior company before reorganization.

IMO - since there is no dilution here and with a share structure that is this favorable -it would stand to reason that a few more sessions like THIS one today...ON A FRIDAY no less...and $PMPG will be between .015-. 02 pps and ready to make its move to TEST and BREAK all NEW 52 week HIGHS.

All this company has to do is say BOO...and I suspect that many lurking ...who have been waiting to try this time a bottom here... will not hesitate next week if we continue to see strong bids and ASK to the penny break.
