IMO, just more fluff news in order to prop up the stock price. They are telegraphing their actions with the words they use in their PR's.
The excerpt you linked is a perfect example.

fighting disease and are vital to many patients' treatment and recovery," said Rich Pharmaceuticals
CEO Ben Chang."

How many would you say are some? That is kind of vague, wouldn't you say?
