Many years back T Boone decided we, (the Unites States) needed to become independent of foreign oil. Boone felt the US was being held captive to the middle East due to our dependence on this oil. As an oil man himself he realized if we could develop our vast reserves of NatGas we could become independence of Opec / the Middle East. He also realized the huge expense the US was putting forward defending this oil in the middle East.

What is bother some to me many seem to want to put us in the same situation again by pushing Electrification. This once again will put us at the mercy of foreign governments and make us dependent on their minerals to power our economy. Lithium, Cobalt, manganese, all come mostly from foreign countries.

I say buy American and rid ourselves of this ridiculous dependence on countries who don't like us so much.
