You need a guy from Hong Kong for that position. Someone who is a lot better at corporate governance issues than Solomon. And an experienced BOD.

The listing is in HK. They have to submit to HK exchange rules.

You should take a look at what hoops they make CMCI jump through, just because it is a Chinese company with a listing on ASX in Australia.
