Agree with all you said, but the thing that makes me hesitates to get out completely is Garrett's investment and apparently continued investment. Reading his bio, he appears to be fairly bright.
Look the investment thesis is still there, right product, right time, right place with huge growing demographics ... it is just that Solomon that is a huge disappointment and a terrible CEO and control freak. For me the biggest next step is who is going to be the CEO of Triway. Does he have a Western style of management, value creation, financial control, etc...
We should know soon who the CEO of Triway is. Let's hope it is not a flunkee or a friend of Solly
