I've read a lot of dog Q's over the years and I've never seen a Q with zero liabilities. Most of the Q's I've seen are riddled with toxic notes that are buried in the report. It was refreshing to see such a simple straight forward Q. Besides the zero debt (except the $37K note) was a phrase that I never seen before either

We are currently a going concern, fully operational and generating income

Usually I see the standard going concern phrases like this one that I just pulled from another ticker's Q >

Going Concern We have incurred debts since inception and our ability to continue as a going concern depends upon our ability to develop profitable operations and to continue to raise adequate financing. We are actively targeting sources of additional financing to provide continuation of our operations. In order for us to meet our liabilities as they come due and to continue our operations, we are solely dependent upon our ability to generate such financing.

Personally I am very happy with our Q.

Cheers.
