This is good. Mexico most definitely wants the product to work and them coming to us for a "witness test" is a good sign. The witness test is more than just a demo, its the final exam for an engineering apparatus or product. If Jatropha is serious and the truck is fully functional, we're in the money.

We didn't exactly follow the purchase agreement to a T, as we did not actually deliver a MG 80 unit and allow Mexico to test it for 60 business days. This was a solid update and still shows the deal is not dead in the water.
