Another lawyer who has reviewed the Attia documents much more thoroughly than me expects Attia will lose, and also be ordered to pay costs.

However, I think the "little everyman being trampled on by big bad tech giant google" angle might play decently decently on the contract-termination side of the lawsuit, which would net Attia a few thousand bucks in spare change despite the low quality of his case.

The patent portion of the lawsuit will earn nothing, of course.

I've never said that Attia would not receive any compensation from Google or Flux. Quite the opposite in fact- i distinctly said it was possible Attia would earn a 6-figure settlement or judgement.
