LIBE !! FB POST !! NEWS ! Requesting fulfillment letters from lenders stating all loans that have been repaid in the last few months so we can update with an 8k asap.
Carebourn was was very receptive on the phone yesterday. Hoping to have everything papered up asap. We’re waiting on the buyer for final documents so unfortunately I can only push so far, but i’ve asked for a reprieve from Carebourn during negotiations.
Again, Mr. Lund’s walkthrough of the Playboy Club in Vernon, NJ rescheduled to Thursday of next week due to this weeks weather.
