Leolah Brown book update part 2

I saw this post by a person 2 weeks ago. They tried to get a refund for the book and this is what happened. They were talking about taking it further but I don't know how that's going.

I don't know all that much about these matters so don't know if Ken can be held partly accountable, legally or financially. EGOH set up Leolah's site and I think payments for the book were going to them at first. Then it was Leolah's paypal. Currently, the checkout is disabled and the site looks inactive. Nobody so far has got their book.

Be good if something caught up with Ken so that some action has to be taken about how he is running this company.

I've been trying to get my refund since i paid for the so called pre-ordered/signed book in November...to date...NO BOOK/NO REFUND! The person who collected the funds via PayPal has FINALLY replied to my emails AFTER I filed a formal complaint with PayPal & from what he's saying..."they're" working on refunding ppl, but at the same time asking me to pls wait, sorry for the delay but someone's very sick...Leolah told him this, but the person who's sick hasn't released the book yet! FISHY! I wrote back & said, this is NOT LEGAL, to take ppl's $$$ but not deliver the product or REFUND them!!! HOW is it that one sick person is holding things up this long, I told that person via email, in doing REAL business, you always have back up plans/ppl/teams in the event someone does become ill or passes away. NO WAY is this OK to keep our $$$ while not sending our book or refund since November! I cannot even find her on Facebook since end of January, by the way!!! Shady ppl...I should have known better to trust her at all...and Marconi, you're saying that someone on her team has been in jail??? Do you know why they were jailed? The person i'm e-mailing hasn't mentioned a thing about that...pls enlighten me? I just want my $$$ back! My next step in BBB &/or Consumer Affairs!?

PayPal only gives you about 30 days to resolve issues with the merchant, if by the end of that time, things are not resolved & you have not requested escalation support, PayPal closes your case & once it's closed, they are done & will not re-open your case. That sucks to me because while I was waiting to hear back from this person from Leolah's team, via email...i didn't think i'd need to escalate. This person went ghost on me for a min, I'm now thinking it was on purpose as to prevent me from escalating by keeping me hanging/dangling out there past PayPal's support deadline! Now that i'm past them being able to help me, I'm hearing from this so called Leolah's team member, who insists that ppl are not replying to him!!! I'm like so WHERE did our $$$ go since we have no book, no refund---that is when he wrote back saying that according to Leolah, someone in charge of releasing is sick! I told him, that makes NO sense at all that there is no back up person for this so called sick man & I'm taking legal action although he asked me to WAIT for this person to get well. HELL, i've been waiting on my book since Nov, asked for a refund a month ago...NOTHING YET!!! SMH...i smell CROOKS!!! This looks terrible for Leolah!!! (and she has a terrible crooked background which makes me wonder now if this so called book just a rip-off...IS there such a book...!!!)?
