What on Earth would make you think that JAMN is a "shell"?

Do you even know what the definition of a shell is?

JAMN filed on Feb 28th so that they would no longer have to report corporate filings. This is going to save them a bunch of money for the time being. Why do you think the stock ran to .0007/share after that news was issued?

In my opinion, from .0002/share , this should base and reverse trend. We just need some type of confirmation that they are still in business or perhaps another company wishes to take over the business. And by no way does that mean they need to reverse merge into a shell. They simply can take over the business if Mr Plant no longer wishes to be engaged. He simply needs to grow a pair of balls and provide an update
