Oh this a a pump and dump for sure. Did you notice that earnings where released two weeks early? They have always released earnings the last week in March basically the last possible day or two required by law for the year end and they have to give a current share count. Its always been the last week in March. Why did they do it early? Cause they caught wind of this announcement and thought it would be perfect to empty shelf on and they didn't want to have to disclose that a week later in the earnings release. Guarantee the 1st quarter earnings will show at least 3 million share increase in OS.
