I have a long position in this company.

but since im a newbie. i would like to ask a -maybe- dumb question.

what interest does the company have in seeing the pps rise as opppose to cash in on diluting shares?

im not asking it on this company specifically, but rather in general.

Our guy said that the company has an interest in seeing this pps rise, but didn't give a reason.
