are we sure its fake? this company has over 6 billion shares authorized.

im having a problem trying to find any relevant info. basically all I see is a reverse merger. has there been any financials reports released yet?

trying to understand how this company is worth 120million according to current pps.

the DD in the sticky indicates they haven't even started selling anything yet.

a link to a website or fins would be helpful.
