If we're about to acquire another company and are really in the final stages of taking it over that means that our auditors have also been auditing their books, most likely.

You are running out of things to say, this company is wildly successful and will continue to be in Arizona.

We really don't even need gro3 lol, it isn't built into the valuation AT ALL right now.
