When will VGTL's on-going Illegal Giant Dilutions be ended here? Totally 349,853,952 shares were Diluted or Dumped at 0.000197 ~ 0.0002 since VGTL just hit 0.0007 again on February 13 Alone (see the first chart below)!

VGTL has 1,849,979,727 shares OS and float based on the past one-year's average annual volumes comparison between VGTL and its SS-Transparent peer (AFTC has 592,233,688 shares FIXED OS from its Transfer Agent on 03/12/2018) --- see the second and third charts below.

VGTL has Negative -$0.0007 a share Book Value v.s. AFTC has +$0.0007 a share Positive Book Value! VGTL has 2B or 2,000M or 2,000,000,000 shares AS v.s. AFTC has 1.5B shares FIXED AS.

Note, the 20-Day MAL declined to 0.0002 now from the previous 0.0003 v.s. both 50-Day MAL and 200-Day MAL are still at 0.0003!

Why someones bought Tens of Millions of shares at 0.00045 ~ 0.0003 on 03/08 then let VGTL decline to 0.000197 ~ 0.0002 with 349,853,952 shares?

Warning to all the VGTL shareholders: if we don't slap out those cheap 0.0003s VGTL will soon decline back to last year's low or Real Bottom 0.0001 again!
