Really....I think they have been doing that for at least the past 10 years with not much success. Always picking (for lack of good choices) weak or sleazy partners that they give too much away just to get them to try or act like they are trying to drill with intent to prove/find oil. I know Tchauncy thinks I am clueless but potential unrealized is the common theme here. Heard it all before but never seen results. Anyone that thinks this will run up based upon some boy who cried wolf management press release that this could be the time is more likely to pay for speculation that never gets rewarded. Love to be wrong as I am long.
