The Facts...

Just a question...if the technology is UNPROVEN commercially, why a press releases that you were ready to build 150 plants in 2015? Why the press release that you were going to build 50 plants in 2016 with RRDA? Why the press release that you were going to apply your bolt on with Harvesting Technologies back end process in 2016? Why the press release that you were going to build a plant in California with Earth's renewable Energy and lastly, why the press release that you were going to build a plant in Georgia with Phoenix Biomaterials?

Now before you go on saying that you weren't building a plant it was they that entered into license agreements, why would they enter into agreement to build a plant on this technology unless it was commercially ready? All of these press releases lead one to believe that a license agreement was entered into and plants were going to be built.

Lastly, why create Alliance Bio-Products to raise private funding to buy the Vero Beach plant and retrofit it, IF THIS WAS NOT COMMERCIALLY READY? Why buy a plant if you had no intention of commercializing it???

Someone is not telling the truth somewhere.
