Dosing the second group has not yet started, the S1 would have stated it had if it had....lol



An S-1 is used to register securities and typically includes financial information from the previously reported periodic filing.. Different from an 8-k or 10q

Dosing of patients is likely NOT a material event and need not be immediately disclosed publicly. It's quite possible patients are being treated right now!!
