I dont know the details, but i would assume it had to do with not having a reimbursement code with US insurers. I believe this is what lead ALRT to where they are today going after the big fish not the guppies. From talking to the CEO it sounded like they’ve turned down deals/partnerships already due to terms because they’ve made so much progress with the major players. The problem is the major players are slow to move.
