Seriously??? COMPLETELY FALSE statement. All that link shows is an AS increase. Actually to same AS as MSPC which recently ran to 0029!

Per the company itself no reverse split!

By restructure, I was referring to the nature of the business model and its focus. There will also be some changes in the management and board that are reflective of the new direction. There aren't near term plans for a reverse.
