mm's looking for shares to cover?...this is a penny stock..the mm's are not concrerned with obtaining shares to cover..its called naked short selling..
again this is a penny stock that trades in very low volume and is completely off any regulators or real investors radar..in other words, there is no one of any import who is within miles of this stock..and you are talking about a market maker who can do pretty much whatever he wants..and market makers can, at times, legally naked short sell...

without dropping the pps?...what difference does it make to a market maker where the pps is at any given time if he can drop it down whenever he wants to make a profit on his short?..
how about if he sees buying pressure coming in, why couldn't he just cover, fill the buys, let the pps go up, then short again and let the pps drop?..
the bottom line is that mm's can play certain games if they choose too..but it really isn't necessary except for certain situations..and they can play those games at .03, .13, .23 etc...they have no particular need to keep a 50 cent stock at .03..
most of the games people think are occurring with the mm's are simply nonsense..this is a 3 cent stock with very low volume..its not worth anyone's time and effort to "manipulate"..
