Of the 2 clinical drug trials that the RSF is sponsoring/supporting, Neuren's trofintide pending P3 has 82 participants and the trial of sarizotan is recruiting just 129 participants. The "Natural History Study" is tracking about 1200 Rett girls. So there is no shortage of participants. The recruiting is complete according to Dr Missling and Dr Kaminsky as is the dosing locations. If you look at RettSyndrome.org you will see a large list of participating research locations that can and will be used to facilitate the trial.

So your rather alarmist prediction of the trial taking many years is in essence a WAG....we are talking months not years, my friend.
