Gee, this is so simple

It doesnt matter the status of Biovectra at this point in time. ONCX couldnt begin recruitment without already having enough drug to dose patients.

This is boiler plate stuff, a given in the industry lol

Btw, for every share sold there is a corresponding buyer lol
