Building? Well, we never did find out who owned RSM, it would not be inconceivable that the RSM property was connected to the Kang dynasty; it is from that period. But LF, it is now an asset. An asset that will likely gain value over time. And LF is in the neighborhood that all the current LQMT employees want to be in, and Li appeased them. The engineers at LF are the best BMG scientists in the world, so why not give the new R & D department of Eontec what they want? When LF was acquired, the first thing they did was remodel the office. New paint, glossy floors, new carpet, an expensive logo for the waiting room, and nobody knows what happened on the second floor (maybe that's where Ben Carson got ideas for remodeling his office? IDK)

Electrical upgrade? Boy, feels like it was an after thought, huh? Like.....man, we don't have a place to plug in these machines. Pffft, no company who has an ounce of concern for their business would have not shopped for a new location and not be conditioned on having the right electrical service for the factory-- the place where the magic happens. It is a standard realator question for commercial properties. LQMT chose to ignore that question and bought a building that doesn't have a loading dock and has a completely worthless bridge crane system; absolutely unnecessary for BMG production. Just because it's in a very nice neighborhood and close to their homes. A nice neighborhood that will not tolerate the day to day business activities if LQMT were to get anywhere near the imaginary production numbers that are posted here daily.

Blog? That's the replacement for the CC's. It's easier, there is no timetable, and it's easy to edit. Best of all, there are no questions to answer.
