I really and truly believe that those Longs did not sell "all" of their shares.

Some may have sold maybe Half in staggered amounts.

Even different ones on different days as not to lower the PPS.

Hopefully if somebody did Sell their 1.5 Million...they probably took over a week and a half doing it as the Volume traded daily does not warrant them selling all at once.

The Majority of Longs that sold all their shares probably had no more than 40,000 shares.
