What big deals? They haven't had $1 of revenue in their history. The biggest disappointing news was the recent filing moving the authorized shares to 10B - that's 10 Billion. Did you read that filing? Their financials show almost no assets and over 10M in debt which is growing including millions upon millions of convertible debt.

I have lost money on Max waiting for a Qcomm deal for 4 years coming and a Goog settlement while cash has burned, debt balooned and now shares expoding. CDs are driving a death spiral in the stock.

Please explain the big deals they have that you mentioned as I am not aware of any. Thanks
