How does LP get away with giving herself the pref B at less than the current market? The Series A were priced at .17, then the series B was priced somewhat higher because the "market had moved on and was then higher than before." Well that is true now as well, the market has moved on and is higher at .30 -.33, so how does LP get the series B at the same price of .23 when the market is now over .30? Furthermore she is getting the warrant for 5 years while the series B warrants were for only 2 years? Does that not sound like self dealing??
