I gotta read that post from Jackpot..haven't got to it yet.

Yes..the timing of the completed audit and the uplisting should be very close together as Amfil has already petitioned to become an OTCQB member.

I just hope no other News comes out with the Audit/Uplist.

Let the share price smoulder for awhile.
