I differ on your question/answer. If they have the data, the publication of a report on blind data might be moot. If it is already set for publication, they might just let it go. But they also might simply make it the full publication of results as well, it likely depends on a variety of factors. What would make more sense if they had the data and it was not yet released for publication? I think it depends on whether including unblinded data, if it’s already available, would substantially delay publication. They have some other agenda items also, and I suspect it would be subject to concerns about a variety of other factors. Would it impact other major corporate decisions to delay, and how long? I think it depends upon how close it is to publication and if including unblinded data would substantially delay publication or would only do so by a little bit. I think most decisions are dynamic and take much more information than is available to people on the internet. IMHO.
