That is not correct. $SGSI did not have the 5 million dollar line of credit until after they paid ICLD the 3 million dollars they payed ICLD for the 20 million dollar per year revenue company, they bought just 2 weeks ago.

That boosted their annual historical revenue to 30 million per year.

They then scored a 5 million line of credit against receivables that is not convertible debt.
