At this point, with so much riding on achieving a "statistically significant" result -- as that's what you and Avii have been constantly on about -- what is wrong with them using every legal, appropriate, and allowable tool in their arsenal to determine **outside of unblinding** who might be treatment and who might be control?

Who even really cares at this point?

Either it works, or it doesn't.

If all the patients who took DCVax are living way beyond what they should be, the simple reality is that it's truly unfortunate that GBM patients ** who could benefit from this therapy ** should have to wait so control and treatment can show a freaking 8 months difference between the two. Practically everyone has received all their injections by now anyway, except for a few of the 36 month ones. What possible additional bias could be introduced to the trial at this point?

All the patients have enrolled,
they're either dead or alive,
and I'd imagine the FDA is all over this trial like a hot rash due to the fact that pseudo progression wreaked havoc with PFS so they likely have already developed some sort of bias (good or bad) towards the trial anyway,

...so why on earth are you so concerned about whether they figured out any way around the blind?

It works or it doesn't. Frankly, everything else here is just white noise.
