The terms of the purchase doesn't mean they currently have/had the assets.

It just means thats what the terms are to close the deal.

SEE? Facts matter.

Hence they had to get that loan with the disastrous conditions. So they could have the CASH to close the deal. And then dilute the hell out of the hype to pay for the loan. Which they needed to have the CASH to make the acquisition.

SEE? Shareholders getting screwed at every turn.

I cant even make this stuff up.
