Let me try this from another angle, if LP actually expected 6,7,8,9 months from submission (aka: from November 21), as opposed to 6,7,8,9 months from the initiation of the publication pathway, the former is what Virgilio is contending, why would she set up the warrant exercising to occur in June?


Answer: She wouldn't.
