Read through this twice now. Personally I’m happy to hear the planned REIT is not part of the Puerto Rico deal. The developments in Puerto Rico will be able to move quicker thus realizing revenues faster.

On top of that we got:

Future REIT, Stateside farmland acquisitions, securities attorney on payroll and lastly finalizing an Auditing Firm. This is HUGE!!

IMO stock price $16-$19 by years end.
