I am currently an investor in this company. I am curious about how long the process of getting the REIT approval is expected to take?

Response: Hello Mr. XXXXXX,

Currently, we're interviewing REIT auditing firms to give guidance in concert our securities attorney who has been hired by OrganaCanna Property Management REIT to make sure we do everything by the book. As no one in Vision Groups management has experience in a successful REIT filing I can't yet give you an educated answer to your question.

After successfully advocating for hemp legislation in Puerto Rico, we're currently working with the government in Texas to pass some industrial hemp friendly legislation. With our farmland agreements in Puerto Rico being profit sharing leases, the REIT won't be in play there. We plan to use the REIT for stateside farmland acquisitions. While things with hemp and CBD's legality still being somewhat in limbo, we hope to time an effective REIT registration statement with Texas, and hopefully, the US legislature, legalizing industrial hemp.
