johnny....thanks always for your gracious and incisive reply to my post that I believe belies the continual frustration of holders of Wmih stock and other financial instruments that are awaiting final resolution..you are aware that the government always embarks on secrecy in any event involving public disclosure of ,material events... to wit, Kennedy assignation, involvement in WW11, the 2008 financial crisis, 2016 runner to the presidential elections, etc.,etc. So it is without hesitation, that I believe many that are doing, and have tried to do DD were being stifled in their attempt to get at the bottom of the takedown of Wamu... with this resolve, I firmly believe that we will come out just fine financially, after having waited 10 years for resolution, simply because, in spite of the lethargy of the BOD, things are starting to finally move with the merger announcement..for me, "the tell", is always about the stock movement... I can honestly say, in all my years of investing, I have NEVER seen a stock so sought after by traders and MM.... Lodas
