This is a scam, always was, always will be. I posted and warned years back here and was criticized with the usual comments that I’m a short (who shorts penny stocks), or why are you here then dribble. Of course the stock went into the toilet with only the principles making money. This is what they do for a living make up garbage and pump it as the next great thing meanwhile printing themselves endless free shares. Wash, rinse, repeat.
