Chris writes exactly the way in which mwbo mgmt writes completely ambiguous, so it isn't hard to believe he probably didn't write this, mgmt possibly did. It would take a German translator to attempt a translation since it can go either way at many times.
"I can say", what does that mean?
"I am very excited about reading the final draft".

"I anticipate publication any day now".
To me it could mean that since publication is any day now that the final draft as been completed and he read it since it must be just published or in publishing since it publication is any day now. You can have publication until the final draft is already written, and it is being published.
Would one say that one is excited to read something or that one is excited because he already read it. At this point in time one wouldn't say they are excited because they can't wait to read the final draft in the future, that is redundant, after all this time we are all past that period of excitement. So he must have read it and was excited to do just that, past tense. That is why he must have said, "I can say" because it already happened, he read it.
Any way as usual anything related to NWBO is up for grabs and nothing is definitive. Are you all sure these people running things are really working attorney's?
