nranger..your questions to me about escrows have been discussed many times over the last 5, or 6 years by posters more astute than me about the piers and such... I don't follow these because I am simply invested in Wmih only...suffice it to say is that the hedge funds were caught and charged with "colorable inside trading", and we we're awarded escrow shares for the old Wamu stock... I will go with what the judge ordered, and what Sussman agreed to in the closed door meetings... we don't know the details, but I am absolutely confident and sure that we will get our due wth the escrows in our account...anything less that F/R would set off legal fireworks in court...Just my opinion, and I am just waiting for Wmih to hit the "home run"....
