I'm not sure it's dilution. Just as you are not sure it is not. However, dilution does not only come from debt... The company can create more shares whenever they want more money. With that in mind, I do not believe that is what the company is doing, because they have confirmed they will not dilute. And as far as the "fake" 10k ask walls, I have been watching L2 as he has absorbed around 500k shares, or more, at every level he has been sitting on over the past few trading days, he is legitimately selling millions of shares. The only thing I find odd about the situation is why he is disguising his amount of available shares with the dilution ask of "10k shares". It's not scaring me either way, but it's definitely affecting how people are buying right now.
