I have a few questions about what is going on too!

We had a hearing on Feb 6 about the disqualification of the FTC expert witness.

The judge promised she would release a memo of opinion as to why she did not disqualify him. Late last week she filed a 22-page memo full of legal precedent, extremely well researched.

Our take on this memo is that it is purely a procedural document, and has little to no bearing on the case, unless it should go to trial, in which case it would be a GOOD thing for IVDN, because the FTC expert witness has been proven a liar in court and depositions many times so far.

In addition, IVDN had their "Deft Expert" disclosures on Mar 6, which were essentially presentations as to why, and how (generally) IVDN's material works.

To this moment, there has been NO filing on Pacer regarding these disclosures

Additionally, the court docket also called for a deadline of Mar 9 for either side to file a notice of Intent to redact.

As of this moment, no such filings have hit Pacer, and that was 10 days ago

The last 2 issues are extremely unusual, throughout the case, whenever there was a deadline, there was a response to that deadline on Pacer almost immediately, within 48 hours at the most

The next deadline in the case is this Friday, Mar 23, but it is linked to the Mar 9 filings and those have apparently NOT been filed

Something is going on behind closed doors at the court, I don't know what it is, but it is MY opinion that it is going to be very good for IVDN
