Well why would he say finally? Connect your contextual dots for everyone. I read both tweets. There is no context and no elaboration. I could be wrong, but I think his previous tweet about RTT and finally are two separate things. Other than they being on the same day 3 hours apart where is your "Contextual Connection". If he tweeted about RTT and immediately after "Finally" I could make that connection. But he gave no indication to the follow up tweets later that that was what he was talking about. So...

I think Chris knows more than you. There is nothing to get upset about Al4door. He is holding close to the vest. Shorting this now is like going long housing in 2006. It is OTC, thinly traded and there will not be enough exits when the fire starts.
