Yeah. I could be wrong but this doesn't feel like a "Bluff". He could just be basing on timelines but his "Finally" tweet has me thinking that something is actually happening. I take it with a grain of salt. I presume he still holds a ton of shares so any movement in the stock would allow him to take a haircut if he averaged down at below .20.

Still "Finally" feels like the draft is on the presses ready to be disseminated. Would be nice if he would elaborate - Anyone here close to Chris?
