What the heck does that mean? What publicly traded company engages in unserious science? The only one of recent memory that completely fudged their SCIENCE was Theranos, a fraud of a company just like REGEN and anything that Koos has done.
In the world of biotechs, it is always about the science. But the science doesn't mean success.
Many are conflating the two based on a serious misunderstanding of the biotech world.
Btw, the so called partnership with Lilly is really not a partnership at all but a way of Lilly saying to REGEN, "we doubt you have anything of interest but we'll wait to see if you can deliver anything that we might be interested in."
Lilly isn't giving REGEN any money. All it is saying is go ahead and try out all the compounds in our library and see if you can do something with them.
That's it. Nothing that other biotechs havn't done before. It is common place in the industry.
