You may be right (I hope you are and that LP is NOT self dealing and it is all legit as though it were arms length) but there is no way to sure and the results (the facts, the facts that we do know for sure from filings) do not look good. LP made millions (how many M is unknown) from the sale of Cognate and she some how ended up back with about a third of NWBO (assuming we include all warrants and options etc) in her private pocket. So would NWBO have gone BK without Cognate - I really do not know, but it is far from a certainty. I see no signs of major dollars flowing from Cognate to NWBO, just the other direction, including much of the money from NW. Would other suppliers have granted some time to pay - maybe. Would they have gotten themselves as pricey a contract as Cognate got when LP negotiated the price with herself - I highly doubt it - I assume the costs would have been much more reasonable.
