I have some of the same concerns as you do about timing of expected upcoming events. Much of this seems to be outside if the hands of NWBO now though. I do expect Direct to take the place of what I believe is an improved L in most if not all cases mainly because of cost. This can happen as soon as regulators and regulations move out of the way and Direct receives a green light for a quick pathway to approval. Then I expect Direct components might end up being used differently again because of cost as long as safety is not compromised. Eventually I expect an allogeneic cancer vaccine to be made from L derived critical T-cell lines from multpile sources. Best wishes.
