That is 100% correct and a perusal through various abstracts demonstrates that oxygen levels especially are, and must be, cotrolled tightly within very specific ranges and carbon dioxide levels are mentioned at times as well. The reason for this is gene response sensitivity on DCs is very high. This is one reason why most DCs do not last very long in most cases in the low oxygen tumor environment. That environment causes genetic changes to occur that induce DCs to move out of the tumor zone and this process causes them to revert to circulatory DCs. This is why spacing of DC injections is critical and how I knew that NWBO would change the spacing of Direct injections for Phase 2 before they announced they would. Best wishes.
